The Long Haul

So this is the first picture on mine on the blog. This is my good friend Dave this past weekend as we were making the very difficult and very beautiful hike out of the Jade Lake area in Mount Revelstoke National Park.

How it all started...

So this is my Joel Todd's photo blog. I've been toying with this idea for awhile as I follow a fair number of photo blogs (probably 50) and find it a good way to get small bits of info, new ideas that sort of thing. What finally put me over the top was a good friend of mine recently started her own photo blog. It was what I needed. What you will largely see here are different technique's for post processing and my various trial and error with any form of photography (currently I experimenting with different flash techniques)
